Celebration for my new followers!

I am so excited that the launch of my blog has been such a success. I knew that I would like blogging, but I wasn’t sure how successful it would be. In celebration of this great success, I’m going to share the best 10 tips that I have to be a great piano player πŸ™‚

1. Start with a piano teacher that will help you reach your goals

2. Get inspired because it will help you develop a passion for playing the piano

3. Invest in a keyboard first, and a piano will be good after the second year

4. Practice a measure at a time and it will make a world of difference in your playing

5. Playing slowly is one of the best ways to learn a new piece

6. Try not to get frustrated if you don’t get it right away. It usually takes several tries to get it

7. Read the lesson book because it provides tons of information that you’ll need to learn and remember

8. Understand that you are learning for yourself and you’re playing will develop over time

9. Ask lots of questions to your teacher. Don’t be afraid to ask

10. Enjoy this learning process as much as you can! It goes by so fast, and I wish I could go back to learning
